Phoenix police: Arrest made in connection to sexual assault at Hacienda Healthcare

PHOENIX (FOX 10/AP) - Police say DNA testing of a nurse and the baby born to an incapacitated woman at Hacienda Healthcare in Phoenix led them to charge the nurse with sexual assault. During a news conference on Wednesday, police announced the arrest of 36-year-old Nathan Sutherland, who is a licensed practical nurse responsible for providing care to the victim, who has been incapacitated since the age of 3 and gave birth to a boy at the facility on Dec. 29.
