Safe Haven: Officials raise awareness after infant found dead
The Arizona Safe Baby Haven Foundation is working with state lawmakers to expand the time frame to surrender a baby from three days to 30 days. Last week, an abandoned baby boy was found dead behind a business in Laveen.
