Effort underway to restore Mescal Movie Set to its former glory
Hollywood's fascination with the Wild West goes back more than a century. In fact, some of Arizona's most notorious outlaws and gunslingers, like Wyatt Earp and Billy The Kid, have been immortalized on film. While the Mescal Movie Set, located just east of Tucson, has sat dormant for years, there are efforts underway to restore the set, which was where several iconic Western movies were shot. FOX 10 Photojournalists Joe Tillman and Corey Goodwin have more.
