Election Day: School district funding, city measures on Maricopa County ballots

Nov. 2 is election day and several Maricopa County cities and schools have issues on the ballot. Chandler and Gilbert will vote on bonds, while Scottsdale voters will decide on a general plan for the city. Nearly two dozen school districts will also hold votes on overrides.
