An 11-day-old infant taken from Surprise was safely recovered on I-40 near Williams by a Navajo County deputy after a search spanning more than 170 miles. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen hears from the deputy, whose fatherly instincts kicked in, and knew just what to do.
