15-year-old boy arrested after allegedly shooting girlfriend in head
Phoenix Police Sgt. Trent Crump says the boy claims he was playing with a handgun when it went off and hit his 17-year-old girlfriend in the head.
The suspect reportedly left the area and got rid of the gun.
