Ann Day, sister of former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Conner, dies in crash

TUCSON, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Just after 7:30 a.m., Saturday, Pima County deputies responded to a car crash west of Westward Look Drive on Ina Road.

Deputies say 24-year-old Jarrad Barnes was booked on charges of manslaughter and DUI in connection with the deadly crash.

Deputies say that former Pima County District 1 Supervisor, 77-year-old Ann Day, was eastbound on Ina Road when the vehicle driven by Barnes crossed the raised median and struck her vehicle head on, says Deputy Ryan Inglett with the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
