Breaking it Down - Election 2016: Catching up with Lincoln Chafee

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Lincoln Chafee. Ever heard of him? Me too. Actually, I have. He's a Democrat from Rhode Island, he was Governor and U.S. Senator and he's running for President.

Chafee is also polling near zero in the polls. But he's still out there campaigning, so for those of you who want an update, we've got it.

But it does beg the question: why is Chafee running? Same goes for other Republican and Democratric cellar dwellers including Bobby Jindal, Lindsey Graham, George Pataki and Jim Webb. What's your take?
