Dawson County woman arrested for spiking co-worker's drink with meth
DAWSON COUNTY, Ga. - A Waffle House employee is facing some serious charges after investigators said she spiked her co-worker's drink.
According to Access North Georgia, the incident left her co-worker fighting for his life. Surveillance cameras captured Sonserea Dawn Evans taking the victim's drink into the bathroom. That's where investigators said she poured meth into the cup.
The victim was rushed to the hospital, where he eventually slipped into a coma, needing a ventilator and feeding tube.
Evans was booked into the Dawson County Jail on felony charges of aggravated battery and possession of a controlled substance.
