Glendale Police arrest man in connection with deadly March hit & run
GLENDALE, Ariz. (KSAZ) -- Glendale Police officials say a man has been arrested, in connection with a hit & run crash in late March that resulted with the death of a 32-year-old man.
According to a statement released Wednesday afternoon, Police arrested 39-year-old Margarito Valencia Rodriguez this month. Rodriguez is accused of leaving the scene of an accident causing death, along with misdemeanor charges of providing a false name, and driving on a suspended license.
The incident, according to the statement, happened on the 4800 block of W. Camelback on the night of March 29. The victim, identified as 32-year-old Cleon Baker, died on April 30 due to complications from injuries he suffered during the accident.
