Habitat for Humanity gives families new home, new special neighbors

At Habitat for Humanity, their favorite expression is, "It's not a handout, but rather a hand up."

On Saturday morning in Tempe, six families received homes after months of hard work including the Perez de Albornoz Family.

Junior, a pre-med student, and his parents, Daisy and Eladio, are starting a new chapter after moving to the U.S. three years ago, adding that they can't wait to help others on their new journey as well.

In time, twelve more families will move into other three-story town homes, sharing a unique bond with their neighbors.
