Near-drowning in Chandler leaves baby hospitalized

CHANDLER, Ariz. - An 18-month-old has been hospitalized after a near-drowning incident in a Chandler neighborhood.

The situation happened near Gilbert and Riggs roads on Tuesday night, and the child was taken to Chandler Regional Medical Center.

The toddler's condition is unknown at this time.
