No tipping policy becoming common in the United States

It's no secret restaurant servers appreciate a good tip, but if you could go out to eat without tipping would you do it?

It's becoming a trend in restaurants across the country to enact a "no tipping policy," however it is not because they don't want their employees to be rewarded for their hard work.
