Phoenix police: Man robs food truck's lock box, tip jar

Phoenix Police are searching for a suspect who stole money from a food truck.

On Thursday June 29, 2017 at 10:45 p.m., a man entered a food truck that was parked in a parking lot near 33rd Avenue and Indian School Road.

While carrying a black handgun, he removed money from the lock box and the tip jar of the food truck.

He then fled on foot heading south on 33rd Avenue.

The suspect is described as a black 18-year-old male weighing 220 pounds and at 5 foot 9 inches tall. He was wearing a red California Republic shirt with white pants and black shoes.
