Pima County Sheriff's Office investigates shooting involving ATF agents

PIMA COUNTY, Ariz. (KSAZ) -- Officials with the Pima County Sheriff's Office say an investigation is underway, following a shooting involving agents with Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

According to a statement, the incident happened at 5:00 a.m. Thursday, as an arrest warrant was served at the 12,700 block of N. Antelope Road, in an area near Marana. The suspect, identified as 65-year-old Chris Snow, was taken to the local hospital with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

The warrants, according to PCSO officials, were for alleged violations of federal firearms and explosive laws. No other injuries were reported.
