Police: Kids find body in Fort Worth while playing hide and seek

FORT WORTH, Texas - Fort Worth police are investigating after a group of kids found a body on Saturday while playing hide and seek.

Police say the discovery happened in the 9000 block of Normandale Street, just before 1 p.m.

The body was that of a male, but his identity has not been released.

The cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner’s office.

Homicide detectives are currently investigating.
