Rural Metro firetruck involved in crash responding to drowning call in Mesa

MESA, Ariz. (KSAZ) - The Rural Metro Fire Department says one of their firetrucks was involved in a crash Sunday afternoon.

Officials say the truck was responding to a drowning call in Mesa when the crash happened.

One firefighter and the passengers of the other vehicle were transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
