Severely neglected dog abandoned at East Bay shelter

MARTINEZ, Calif. - Contra Costa Animal Services says a severely neglected bull dog was abandoned at the Martinez shelter on Thursday.

The dog is very sick and is being treated by veterinarians.

CCAS is trying to locate a man who dropped the dog off.
