Tuition rates on the rise, salaries of jobs aren't matching cost of college degrees

PHOENIX (FOX 10) - On March 22, Arizona's three universities will announce their recommendations for next year's tuition rates. They seem to go up just about every year.

The average student now graduates with $30,000 in debt, and not all degrees pay the same dividends.
