Virtual kidnapping: FBI's Phoenix office sees an uptick in crimes

PHOENIX - The FBI is launching an awareness campaign in an effort to educate the public about virtual kidnappings. The Phoenix field office has seen an uptick of these crimes and in recent months, they believe many others go unreported.
