A day after a judge dismissed the murder case against Michael Turney, the 75-year-old walked out of jail a free man. Turney was on trial for the presumed murder of his stepdaughter Alissa, who hasn't been seen since she disappeared in 2001. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Sam Myers acquitted Turney of all charges, saying the state did not provide enough evidence to link him to the crime.
