The victim, 43-year-old Alma Escobar, was rushed to a hospital where she later died. Escobar's ex-boyfriend, 58-year-old Victoriano Alejo, was arrested.

Pennsylvania State Police capture an escaped inmate after more than a week on the run. They say they took in Michael Burham without incident in a wooded area near the town of Warren on July 15. Pennsylvania State Police released a video showing who they believe was Burham. Footage shows a person walking past a home near Warren, Pennsylvania. This is close to the area where Burham escaped from jail on July 6. He's a suspect in the shooting death of a woman in Jamestown, New York, along with kidnapping and stealing an SUV. Burham was held on a million-dollar bond when he escaped.
