Arizona law enforcement honor MCSO lieutenant killed in Scottsdale crash

Lieutenant Chad Brackman, 47, had been working traffic control while off-duty at a construction site when he was hit and he died at the hospital from his injuries. Brackman was a 22-year veteran with MCSO and was serving at the department's lake division. He leaves behind a wife, two children and two stepchildren.
