Chandler road rage suspect kills man, stray bullet pierces family's car: police

Christopher Pelkey, 37, was rushed to the hospital Saturday afternoon and shortly after, he died, said the police department. His death stemmed from an apparent road-rage incident and 50-year-old Gabriel Paul Horcasitas was arrested.
