Sister of man shot while driving on I-17 asks Phoenix Police to take action on case

The shooting, according to police, happened on the night of Jan. 4 along the northbound lanes of the freeway near Dunlap Avenue. "Justice needs to be done," the victim's sister said. FOX 10's Justin Lum reports.
