1 person critically injured in crash near Phoenix intersection

One person is in extremely critical condition following a three-car crash near 19th Avenue and Osborn in Phoenix on Feb. 11. One other person, a teenager, was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition. Three other people involved in the crash refused medical attention. The cause of the crash is being investigated by Phoenix Police.
