New round of monsoon weather affected many parts of Arizona

Just a day after a powerful storm wreaked havoc in Phoenix, a new round of storms brought rain to southern Arizona, blowing dust to Phoenix, and more rain to Flagstaff, which is experiencing flooding due to rain falling on wildfire burn scars.
