Scottsdale man says he was scammed out of $1,200 worth of gift cards: 'Bad people doing bad things'

A Scottsdale man was scammed out of more than $1,200 over the holidays when he bought gift cards. He says the way the cards are displayed at the store makes it easy for criminals to swipe the information and wait for activation.
