Cleanup of 'The Zone' homeless encampment set to start
A week from May 3, City of Phoenix officials will begin their efforts to clean up an area near Downtown Phoenix that is known as 'The Zone.' The area was at the center of a lawsuit, due to a high concentration of homeless people living there. FOX 10's Brian Webb reports.
