Phoenix to start 'The Zone' cleanup on May 10

The cleanup effort on May 10 will focus on a portion of the homeless encampment in the area of 9th Avenue, between Washington and Jefferson Streets. This comes after a judge ruled that the City of Phoenix must keep the area free of homeless people. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas has more on the cleanup, as well as concerns people in the area have.
