Phoenix Police release video from crime spree

New body camera video released by Phoenix Police officials showed the moments an officer-involved shooting happened during a crime spree in Phoenix. The suspect, Carlos Delfin, is accused of committing four carjackings and causing several crashes. The shooting happened along State Route 51, but no one was hit. Delfin was eventually arrested in South Phoenix. He later told officers he had smoked fentanyl, and didn't remember what had happened.
