Residents near rehab center say they are fed up

People living in a neighborhood in Central Phoenix say the opioid crisis is on their doorstep. They say drug use and suspicious activities in the area are linked to a rehabilitation facility nearby, and frustration continues to grow. FOX 10 Investigator Justin Lum reports.
