'Dinner-time burglaries': Scottsdale residents on high alert

Three people have been arrested in connection to the so-called “dinner-time burglaries" in Scottsdale, the police department announced on March 11. A day later, police held a press conference offering more details on the arrests and residents are saying they're on high alert.
