Gen Z is changing work place culture by setting boundries

A report shows a shift in offices around the U.S. Young people are setting clear boundaries in their jobs. The study says Gen Z isn't lazy or demanding, but they're simply done tolerating bad leadership. Paul Peters, a workplace expert, gives insight.
