AZ Gov. signs bill requiring schools to curb student cell phone use

Gov. Katie Hobbs held a ceremonial bill signing for HB 2484, which requires public & charter schools to adopt policies limiting student access to cell phones. It allows exceptions for emergencies, medical conditions, and teacher-directed academic use.
