Fight between drivers leads to deadly shooting: sheriff

The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office says after two drivers parked their vehicles in Cottonwood, 53-year-old Henry Greer and his passenger got into a fight with the other driver. Greer allegedly shot the other driver during the fight.
