Smash-and-grab caught on camera at Tempe smoke shop

The owner of a smoke shop in Tempe is offering a $30,000 reward for information leading to the arrests of the men accused of smashing into the building with a stolen car and stealing vape pens. FOX 10's Taylor Wirtz reports.
