Snowpack near average this winter, but water supply concerns persist for Arizona
2018 turned out to be the driest winter for Arizona's mountain watersheds, as reservoirs saw historic low levels due to an extreme drought. The news us raising a lot of concerns regarding the state's water supply, and despite the new contingency plan, some are wondering whether the situation is getting worse, or if things are looking better.
