KSAZ TV – Associate Producer  
Assist with all areas of newscast production including writing, content selection and research, organize scripts, newscast timing, producer graphics and basic video editing, booking guests.  Field produce spot news stories and special segments.  Work cohesively with producers, photographers, reporters and editors to produce news stories.  Overtime, holidays and varied hours required.   4-year college degree or equivalent req. Six (6) months broadcast news experience required. Requires a solid background in writing and news production.  Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  Proficiency with PC and industry specific software. KSAZ TV – Assignment Editor
Responsible for gathering story information from various news sources and determining newsworthiness. Making decisions on what stories to cover and assigning/dispatching the crews.  Keep news staff apprised of breaking news and changes in assignments. Make beat check calls to law enforcement and other governmental agencies.  Update station social media platforms as news events warrant.  Communicate with affiliates to ensure continuity in coverage. 1 year exp in TV news, including assignment desk exp.  College degree in an applicable discipline, such as broadcast journalism, required. Must be well organized and able to manage multiple projects. Must demonstrate outstanding news judgment, good news writing skills, and strong familiarity with social media. KSAZ TV – Anchor/Reporter 
Must have fully developed and polished anchoring and reporting skills – no beginners.  Must be fully engaged on the air and behind the scenes.  News readers need not apply.  Must be capable of covering a wide variety of stories in the field under tight deadlines.  Must have strong ability to pursue, produce and  present stories live and on tape using production techniques and writing styles that truly stand out.  Must have excellent live shot abilities as well as the ability to ad lib effectively.  Proven, enterprising and ongoing social media proficiency and engagement required.  Must be a leader in the newsroom who participates in editorial decisions as well as show production.  Involvement in station-sponsored community events will be required. Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in journalism preferred.  Minimum 4 years’ experience anchoring and reporting required.  Proficiency with newsroom computers and related software required. Must be able to obtain an Arizona driver’s license & provide a Motor Vehicle Report and drive a vehicle. KSAZ-TV  Sports Producer
We are searching for a full-time sports producer with strong writing skills and superior news judgement. Will selects stories, assembles them in a rundown, creates graphics, writes and copy edits the stories and coordinates on-air presentations.  Responsible for maintaining a constant dialog with viewers on various social media platforms and in supporting station’s online sports presence through creative articles, web polls, pictures, blogs and social media posts.  Sports producer will ensure sports segments and shows meet live production deadlines and standards of production.  Participate in the editorial process that leads to story assignments both in news and in the world of sports.  Occasionally produces content in the field.  Will also be required to perform basic videography and non-linear editing functions.  Other duties as deemed appropriate and assigned.  Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or Communications. KSAZ TV - News Producer 
Must produce a timely and compelling newscast that is editorially and visually dynamic.  Participate and help lead in the editorial process. May be required to produce content/newscasts for news specials, and possibly field produce. Assign stories for associate producers and ENG staff with video production. Must be able to complete simple desk top editing and use templates to produce graphics. Utilizes a variety of storytelling techniques and tools to showcase stories in unique ways. KSAZ/KUTP TV – Research Analyst 
Create promotional materials. Create ratings estimates for sales’ master planners and avails system. Create qualitative profiles, positioning pieces and one sheets.  Help maintain research systems (Wide Orbit Media Sales, Scarborough, etc.). Access and distribute Nielsen Overnight data daily. Verify programming and update Nielsen with log information. Prepare rating book breakouts. Maintain KANTAR account assignments. Coordinate all research efforts with national rep firm. Knowledge, experience w/ spreadsheet and presentation software packages (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Help maintain the 52-week program grid. Prepare Programming operation notes. Backup to Wide Orbit Programming.  Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal, as well as good presentation skills, mathematical & analytical aptitude.  Knowledge/experience of TV Research/Sales systems (Nielsen’s NLTV, Wide Orbit Media sales, Prime Lingo, KANTAR, Market Advisor). Fox Television in Phoenix Arizona is looking for an experienced Account Executive to maintain and improve existing client list as well as secure new advertisers and revenue.  Will be responsible for all aspects of account negotiation and maintenance including; transactional business, digital, generating new business, and the creation and sale of unique promotional sponsorships.  Candidate must have excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills and be able to develop strong client and agency relationships.  Must have industry knowledge and be able to work in a team environment.  Proven success with generating and maintaining new business and experience with major sports programming sales req. Prior experience with WideOrbit and Kantar is preferred. Candidate must be detailed oriented, resourceful, reliable and a self-starter.
