TEMPE, Ariz. - A student-athlete on the Arizona State hockey team was rushed to the hospital after collapsing during an outdoor exercise.
It happened Thursday morning, Aug. 20, ASU spokesperson Jerry Gonzalez said.
"The university offers its support for the student-athlete, their family and all of our student-athletes during this difficult time," a statement read. "Because of privacy laws, this is all we can comment on at this time."
What we don't know:
We don't know the name or age of the student. It's unknown what type of exercise was being done when the student collapsed.
