Avondale Police looking for information on person of interest in home invasion burglary

AVONDALE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Avondale Police are looking for information on a person of interest, in connection with a home invasion burglary that happened Thursday.

Officer Jaret Redfearn said the incident happened at around 8:55 a.m., at a home in the area of N. Crystal Gardens Parkway and W. Thomas Road. The person of interest was seen in the area at around the time of the incident, and the Avondale Police Investigations Bureau is trying to identify him.

The person of interest, according to Officer Redfearn, is a black man in his late teens and possibly early 20s, with an unknown height and weight. Anyone with information should call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS. Spanish speakers can leave an anonymous tip by calling Testigo Silencioso at 480-TESTIGO.
