Bail bondsman pleads guilty on raid incident involving former chief of police

A bail bondsman accused of raiding the home of a former Phoenix Police chief pleaded guilty on Wednesday.

Brent Farley, who pleaded guilty to Attempted Bail Bond Agent Violation, was acting on a false tip that sent him to the home of former Phoenix Police Chief Joseph Yahner.

Farley is scheduled to be sentenced in December.
