Complaints leading to a second look at APS rate hike
PHOENIX (KSAZ) - New details are emerging about a rate hike for APS customers.
Arizona's Corporation Commission approved the increase back in August, but hundreds of customers signed a petition to protest the increase.
Now, the increase could get a second look.
The hike was approved back in August. The $95 million rate hike was a 4.5% increase for customers, but customers are saying they're seeing way more, and the increase is putting a dent in their wallets. Some say they have used less power during this winter season, but have seen bill running more than $100, instead of about $60, in one particular case.
FOX 10's Stefania Okolie reports.
