Deadly shooting leaves woman dead, man in custody

MESA, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Police say a woman is dead and a man is in custody following a shooting in Mesa.

Police say the shooting happened at a home near Sossaman and Guadalupe on Thursday morning.

Investigators say the man has admitted to shooting the woman.

The victim's identity has not been released.
