Firefighters contain Phoenix apartment fire to 1 unit, 3 people displaced

An apartment fire in Phoenix left three people outcast from their homes on Jan 17.

Where did the fire happen?

What we know:

The fire started around 11 p.m. near 27th Avenue and Van Buren Street.

According to a release, the flames were extinguished and contained to just one unit in the apartment complex.
