Ga. Tech Police rescue toddler from drain
ATLANTA - A Georgia Tech Police Officers is being called a hero after saving a toddler.
The Georgia Tech Police Department posted about the incident on their Facebook page. The incident happened Jan. 28 around central the campus courtyard. The post stated that the young child fell up to 15 feet down into the storm drain.
Captain Frank Trammer and Sergeant Keith LeCounte, who were passing by, got flagged down. They immediate crawled into the drain and were able to pull the toddler to safety.
Officer Tim Foster also assisted in the rescue.
