Man accused of exposing himself to 8-yr-old girls

TEMPE - Tempe police have arrested a man who reportedly exposed himself to three 8-year-old girls.

Emmanuel Gonzalez Rosas, 26, is facing charges of three counts of public sexual indecency. Police say the incident happened on Friday evening at an apartment complex near the US 60 and Mill Avenue. Officers say Rosas exposed his private parts to the three girls and then ran away from the scene.

One of the victim's parents was notified and that person proceeded to chase the suspect eastward toward Mill Avenue.

Officers shut down streets in the area to find the suspect, and used police dogs to help in their search. Rosas was ultimately taken into custody.
