National Chicken Wing Day is Wednesday, July 29, and many restaurants and businesses are offering deals to mark the occasion.  Here are all the places you can get some wings and save some money.

The backstory:

National Chicken Wing Day commemorates the 1964 origination of the famous Buffalo wing at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York, when Dominic Bellissimo was tending bar and a group of his friends arrived at the bar hungry. Dominic asked his mother, Teressa, to prepare something for his friends to eat, so she deep-fried chicken wings, which usually went into the stock pot for soup.

Teressa flavored the wings with a secret sauce and they were a hit. From that evening on, Buffalo Wings became a regular part of the menu at the Anchor Bar with the sauce recipe remaining a closely guarded secret.

At Buffalo's Cafe, guests can enjoy $19.99 all-you-can-eat wings, choosing from bone-in or boneless, available for dine-in on July 29. Guests can take their wings to the next level with the brand's all-new Buffalo's Magic Wing Sauce, featuring a tangy Buffalo sauce base with a Cajun-seasoned finish. The limited-time sauce is available through Aug. 23 at participating locations, and true to its name, brings a magical burst of flavor with every bite.

To celebrate National Chicken Wing Day, on July 29, Buffalo Wild Wings is giving away free wings (bone-in or boneless) with any $15 minimum purchase.  

Dave & Buster’s

At Dave & Buster’s, celebrate National Chicken Wing Day $0.50 and boneless and $1 bone-in wings. And you can try their three new wing flavors: Cherry Bomb Sauce, Dill Pickle Rub and Buster’s Signature Sauce available through Feb. 14, 2027.

The Green Turtle

The Greene Turtle is celebrating National Chicken Wing Day with a limited-time Wing Fest with $19.99 all-you-can-eat bone-in or boneless wings and fries upon request.
