A new public awareness campaign revealed Wednesday focuses on the stories of family members and others who have had loved ones commit or attempt suicide.
Participants said they hope they can use their own painful experience to prevent tragedy for another family.
The GBI reported that suicide is the second leading cause of death for teens between 15 and 17, and the third leading cause of death for kids between 10 and 14.
