Officer pulls over little princess driving toy sports car in park, wishes her a Happy Easter
FRESNO, Calif. - It was an Easter to remember for a very young girl celebrating her first Easter at a California park.
The Fresno Police Department posted on their Facebook page photos of Officer Erik Castillo conducting a pretend traffic stop of a 1-year-old in a princess outfit driving a toy convertible sports car on the grass at Roeding Park.
Instead of giving her a ticket, Officer Castillo instead presented the girl, identified as Avery, with a junior motor officer sticky badge along with wishing her a Happy Easter.
The girl's mother, Dana Uribe Sanchez, commented on the Fresno Police Department's post saying:
"I want to thank officer Costello and rest the Of the officers. For making my Daughter Avery first Easter. A Rememberable day we won't forget. Thanks for Sharing."
Officer Castillo was patrolling the park as part of their Easter Sunday Safe Park Operation.
